Charm City has roots that stretch back more than five decades. It all began in Baltimore, Maryland, when our father opened the family’s first restaurant 51 years ago. That tradition is still alive today—our family continues to run the Baltimore location, carrying on the recipes and flavors that made it a neighborhood staple.
Our Beginning
Sixteen years ago, we brought those same family recipes down to Florida. What started as a humble food truck 13 years ago quickly grew into something bigger: nearly five years ago, we opened our restaurant here in Florida.
